For one-off podcast and audio needs, pay as you go credits are a great option. For larger or ongoing audio (Ex. weekly episodes) needs, you'll save on every episode that you process with a subscription.

The subscription credit will be consumed first. However, both types of credits are permanent and will not be cleared or unavailable due to cancellation of your subscription.

Billing is based on the duration of the audio files, the minimum processing time for billing is 1min. We round credit upwards. If you process a 3min 20sec audio file, we bill 4 minutes.

If at the end of the month you have not used all of your subscription credits, the remaining credits roll over to the next month.

No, Pay-as-you-go credits never expire. You can use them anytime, even if your subscription ends or you don't have an active subscription.

Yes. As long as you log in to the same account, the credits are valid across devices, not limited to computers or mobile phones.

Wann werden die Credits abgezogen?
The credits will be deducted after you click "Start Processing". If the processing fails, we will return your credits. In recent cases (such as incompatible files or unexpected interruptions), the credits may not be returned. We recommend checking the file requirements before processing to get the best experience.

Kann ich mein Abo kündigen/hoch- oder herunterstufen?
Yes, you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time and your credits will not be forfeited by cancelling your subscription.
